Hello hello hello , May peace and blessing upon you all
One of the most important issues in our life is to have a wonderful and beautiful life which all of us struggling for , Unfortunately most of us goes wrong path and put effort to achieve something which will not end with that , But i think beautiful life is equal with healthy life ,wait wait, Healthy life oh so expensive i cant afford it , I completely disagree with this thinking that being healthy is expensive , Living healthy depend in our lifestyle and our daily routines and Habits , Health come from three stuffs : healthy food , enough sleep and sport , I know many healthy foods which are quite cheap and affordable also there is lots of free sports about sleeping off course its free no one will charge you for it , in my view most expensive foods are unhealthy , specially eating lots of beefs,chicken,fishes is more harmful than vegetarian foods , Cereals other may be you heard about food pyramid also its importance if you follow that will be fine and easy to afford , I'm living in a seaside city which i do morning jogging every morning before going to office , i do sleep seven or eight hours per day although i care about my diets , What about you ? Do you agree that healthy life is equal to beautiful life? So whats your suggestion ?Do you think that healthy life is so expensive or not ?

I really thankful to you all with such a wonderful comments and thought , I would really love to reply each of you one by one, But unfortunately due to lack of time cant do that , But the respect which you gave me by your kind comments , I become so motivated to continue writing , I wish you a beautiful life.
I used to go walking every morning after I take my kids to school but due to cold weather and laziness :D I haven't gone on walking fot about a month. I should resume it again. We also should be careful about our food less fat, less sugar and less salt. I love fruits and they contain many vitamins and one more point drinking water is so important because most of our body is built of water.
Unfortunately nowadays without money we can't do much;it is very true that money can t always bring us many things as pure love or peace but can maintain these things.....If I think that healthy life is so expensive or not?.....It depends on us if we want to be hard workers or lazy workers,to earn enough money and to could buy what we really need to maintain our life healthy or not.....but always depends on us.

A wonderful topic. Not only healthy food , enough sleep and sport, but also we need "healthy thought" We can have helthy food, do sports and sleep well. But if we dont think healthy we can not reach it. Even in each minute of life there are beautiful(happy) moments. And there are a lot of beauties around. Just EYES are needed to see and souls to feel.

Money may play an important role in staying healthy. We see in news everyday poor people struggling to stay healthy due to lack of money.
However, people who can afford to have a healthy lifestyle may fail to stay healthy because of other factors such as laziness, unawareness, ignorance and bad habits.

I just want to share knowledge that I got from one day seminar with theme of healthy life style. I agree with you about the aspects which affect of our health. I will add two ways related to healthy life style excluding you have mentioned above.
There are drinking water minimum of 1,5 lt in a day or more than that if you have outdoor activities. The last one is deep breath, it can takes ratio of 2 inhale an air:4 retained an air:4 exhale an air. The deep breath is good conveying oxygen to the brain, and it can makes us more fresh and relax as well.

You well explained the topic, I do completely agree with you. But my exercise status is not good. Also to complete your speech,
1- The fast foods (like sausage or hot-dog) are more harmful than beef and chicken.
2- The healthiest meat between beef, chicken, and fish, is the fish which contains so valuable sources of protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, and vitamin E, and also Polyunsaturated fatty acids like Omega-3.
3- The salt and sugar also must not be disregarded.
