Hi abidalla
How many hours we should sleep during this time?
Do you think drinking a cup of hot milk would help you to sleep.
Nice post. Many thanks.
I think you should sleep around 7 - 9 hours thatvis normal
Somebodies may sleep many hours these days thats okay but less than normal is not okay as it might affects your immune system, design your routine and it will be okay
