Hard To start conversation in english. My Institute have international corporation with international institute. Until now i do not have courage to start conversation.I afraid mistake word or statement.How I can improve my conversation?

I remember hearing somewhere that it only takes 15 seconds of being uncomfortable to do something brave such as strike up a conversation in English. Don't be afraid! It's only 15 seconds of your life. : )
hello Rahmat, believe me that nothing is hard. its a matter of strategy of practice. Once you start believing this, you will start practicing without any fear in mind. There are presidents and CEOs of companies who cannot speak proper English, yet they have no fear of expression in English, so why you carry it, just leave it and start..now !
