I heard others said R is going to leave but they will try to persuade him. I feel a little bit sorry. I should have been more helpful , patient and considerate. Sometimes I think it's his job to get accustomed to the new environment. I was wrong. I can't put my thought on him. He is really a nice guy and I will miss him. If he will change his mind, I will try my best to help him next term.It's warm and sunny here. It's best when there's a holiday.Thank u all for your comments : )
