Have you heard about grounding or earthing? Though sounds like electrifying as the word may imply, this is not as deadly as it may sounds, in fact, this is your cheapest out-of-the-counter energy booster and wait there’s more! But before that, let me give you words about it. Don’t be so skeptical of something you think simple and most of the time you took for granted as you think it is only a normal and common routine, it looks least effective but when you read how reasonable this activity, no logical mind could possibly defy.
Earth is the best planet for me so far, no planet could offer life like earth and I believe that all things herein, living or not has a reason for its existence and has a purpose to fulfill. What a wonderful world! Sometimes the solutions to our problems are very close to us but often neglect the idea, that most of our health problems are curable or rather preventive with the help of mother nature.
By theory, our bodies are intended to get in touch with Earth’s surface, what they call as a grounding force and it should be on day after day cycle, we should do this regularly. We are living in the world of technologies and whether we like it or not it’s almost indispensable to have a gadget near us, and without us noticing it we are absorbing the positive charges in the form of free radicals and as it continuously accumulating in our system, it is commonly known as static if I’m not mistaken. I’ve been observing it myself, that my hair is almost raising sometimes and my clothes have that hissing sounds when I took it off, or sometimes when we get in touch with someone who has the same static charges like us, and there’s the spark, but not romantically done.
According to research, grounding or earthing can be beneficial in the following cases:
- Reducing inflammation by defusing excess positive electrons
- Reducing chronic pain
- Improving Sleep
- Increasing Energy
- Lowering stress and promoting calmness by reducing stress hormones.
- Normalizing biological rhythms including circadian rhythm
- Improving blood pressure and blood flow
- Relieving muscle tension and headache
- Lessens menstrual and female hormone symptoms
- Speeds healing- used in some places to prevent bed sores
- Can eliminate jet lag
- Protecting the body from EMFs (electromagnetic fields)
- Shortens recovery time from injury or athletic activity
- Reducing or eliminating snoring
- Helping support adrenal health

All you have to do take off that slippers, shoes, and socks and walk barefoot on the Earth’s surface for 30 minutes and more if you’d like to balance out all that static charges in your body, another way and considered as very effective is walking on the shore of a beach and of course, soak your body in that salty water as this is an optimum way to eliminate free radicals and inflammation that you yourself is not aware that you have it in you.
Do yourself a favor once in a while if your schedule is hectic, do it at least once a week, or in case you have zero time for this, try to buy an earthing mat, you can use it indoors. This is your cheapest way to maintain a healthy life, use mother Earth’s gift to mankind, its nature.
