If life is a metaphor for an article, then taking a trip will be an exclamation mark. This year I've visited some places for a short trip not far from my city, but this time I spent three days in the north of Taiwan. During the trip, we explored the natural landscapes of the mountains, the coastlines and the old towns. In order to survey the best scenery and take some great photos, we didn't mind at all climbing and walking a lot to the top of the mountains. Imaging yourself is part of the local when being a tourist may be a good idea to perk you up and forget the stress from the daily routine.
How long has it been/is it since you arranged a trip for yourself? Perhaps it's the time to pack up your backpack and make your exclamation mark!

@ Bimal,
Maybe " staycation", mentioned by Tara, is a good way for you to take a rest when time is limited. You may find some places where are near your home for relaxation. Would you like to try it?
Thank you a lot for liking and commenting my blog. Wish you a good weekend!
Dear Grace,
Your voice blog is excellent! I'm busy nowadays, so it is difficult to find time at present to visit country side. There are a lot of places in my country to be visited,but time is the limiting factor at the moment.
Good Luck!
Bimal
@Robbie,
That sounds exciting and interesting to have a bonfire with fellows. I did have one experience as I was in girl cout long time ago. We had many activies, such as dancing, singing and playing games in front of the bonfire. It had so much fun. Probably you'll have another bonfire with your friends in near future. Thank you, Robbie for sharing the nice experience. :)
Nice question, Grace! It wasn't tall like Mt. Everest. Lol! Besides, it was a long time ago, and it was part of a college project for Ecology class. Your blog reminded me of wonderful memories with my fellow classmates. We had a bonfire! ☺
@Mitran,
It's so true. Some of my colleagues also said the same as you-their husband are their big child. :( It would be tired sometimes you need to guide an extra boy, is that right? lol..
@Robbie,
How tall of the mountains did you climb before? It probably must be a big challenge since you need to prepare everything well for climbing. It's not like you just walk on normal roads, right?
hahaha...No way. He likes it very much.
Ya, I need to take care of him. And I always said with my friends that I have 3 babies. (he is my "big kid") kekeke.....
You know, he told : "honey, when you go out, I feel very happy because I don't need to hear your "shouting". It's terrible honey" OMG....:)
Those are lovely photos, Grace! Mounting climbing is one of the best adventures that I'd love to try again. : )
Dear Tara,
Indeed, it's quite tough for me. Thanks a million for the help. I'd try avoiding the same next time. :)
Tricky, isn't it?
How long has it been/is it since you arranged a trip for yourself? OR
How long has it been since your last trip?
Here is a good lesson on using since.
