One of the hardest things to do is letting go…. memories, experiences and most of all people….people who became part of your life….

What I’ve learned from my experiences is not to get too attached to people. Because they will leave eventually… whatever reason they have, there will come a time that they will have to go. and you can’t do anything about it. So I tend to put up walls and don’t give too much affection to people around me… especially those who I called ‘virtual friends’.

For almost two months of staying here on EC, I’ve met a lot of people and some of them became my friends…different people with different likes; different points of view; and different personalities. But the good thing is, despite of differences, we still have lots of reasons to be good friends.

I visit EC during my spare time, not only because I want to learn English, but of course to chat with my friends. Here, we get to talk about different things… from simple grammar correction to killing zombies… and from  eating popcorn to shooting someone in the head… it’s a very nice experience…that’s why I’m always here….

But as I opened my account today…. I felt droopy knowing that one of my friends is now leaving…. I don’t know, but I felt a twinge in my heart while reading his message of goodbye…and as I’ve said… I can’t do anything about it….

It’s really nice when strangers become friends…but it’s doleful when friends become strangers…..

well, to cut this whole thing short, I think….what I really want to say, is that I will miss this friend of mine. He was one of my first friends here. My best friend.

and so, I will definitely miss him…. :(
