How to get out of tension
We all are human beings (not machines), will have worries or tensions in our life. Due to these tensions and worries, we will not be able to perform our best in daily life. Think a person with tensions and a person without any tensions, Who will win the rise? Definitely a person without tensions.
We stay without tensions are very important for our own success.
Here, I am bringing a smallest technique to burst
your tensions. I applied it and worked for me. The science behind this technique will tell you later.
It is a simple technique.
Handshaking is a common practice in many countries. We you are in tension, just walk out of your place and handshake with few people. Wish them in your own language in best way while hand shaking.
Following are few examples in English you can say with hand shaking
Hi John How are you doing?
Good morning, How are you?
If you are not comfortable with Hand shaking, at-least wish people. I am sure you will get out of tension after meeting a few.

I don't think that this works when you have tension. Because when a person feels stressed, they are very closed-minded and unable to take such friendly actions at least in my case.. However, There are some principles that I have been doing, but yet it's not that easy to imagine it..
One of these principles is to change your position. for example if you are standing, then sit down. while if you are sitting, then stand up.. sometimes it works with people vise versa, so everyone has to watch themselves to know what works in their case.
Another principle is to drink some water, or eat some thing.. it works as way of change in this case..
Also, I can agree with your statement "just walk out of your place", coz I think this works also as a matter of change...
However this can differ from person to another as I said. So thanks for bringing something your believe it works for this problem..

Wow! I would like to do that tomorrow if God allows another day, to be honest I'm practicing something like that every morning, no matter how sad I am I'm trying my best effort to greet everyone a good morning, but I never go further like how are they?, are they fine?, something wrong?, or how's their weekend?
