    Thanks for all your encouragement. I only fasted for 9 days before I got sick. Now I am recovering and next week will fast every Monday and Thursday.

    get well soon... how about you try eat 7 of dates (kurma and with milk for sahur.  i heard it will help a little bit..  and pls prevent eat any sour food or fruits
