Here is a question for you. Please answer it and then write a tag question for someone else.
Marzouq: "It's raining today, isn't it?"
Even though you are agreeing you need to say "No".
"No, I'm not a vegetarian." Or you could say, "You're right. I'm not a vegetarian."
Also, you don't need "do" at the beginning. When you are writing, the tag at the end is in the same sentence. Separate it with a comma.:
"You know Mexico, don't you."
Jakaria: Do you know Mexico. don't you?
Sampa: You aren't a vegetarian, are you?
Don't forget the basic format of a tag question:
A positive statement is followed by a negative tag. (You can speak Spanish, can't you?)
A negative statement is followed by a positive tag.(You don't speak Spanish, do you?)
Can you speak Spanish, can't you?
