It seems, I am not grown up enough to have the upper-intermediate level.
So pity! (((
By the way, Danny, all of your tests are not a piece of cake.
Yes, dear Bet, COMe/Go are used correctly
Let me try with come and go!
I will go to a party this evening. I will talk to the host when I come to the party? is it?
You are not less then me in terms of mercy!
Dear Bet, you are merciless! I will surely tell about my mistakes speaking Russian and I believe they will be even funnier than yours! But I did learn all vocabulary related to shopping, restaurants ans calling cabs.
Now, about your question. You know, we are in Florida now. So, we will go on vacation to Europe. We will move from here to some other place. But I will be able to find out if my Russian is good enough only after we come to Kiev as I hope to be able to speak Russian there.
Anyway why when we come to kiev why not when we go to kiev, yes I can revall I asked the same question a few days ago
Onee, dear, "Masha and the Bear". Masha is a Russian version of Marie, Mary. It is a lady's name. That animation is really great! I like it so much!
As to my dramatic/confusing/crazy mistakes in Russian, I don't have any doubts I make a lot, but I have a lot of doubts what I say! Hahahah! We often try to speak Russian at home and when Tanya explains my mistakes, I roll on the floor laughing! So, let's see what I will say in Kiev as we are going on vacation in a few weeks
Wow, Russian. I remember the movie Marsha and the Bear. Its language is so unique to hear.
Huffff,,, If I have time to learn a little. LOL....
Please remember that you can tell your nightmare here, Sir. :)))
Onee, hahaha! Yes, that sentence is about me as my mom was French and I have been bilingual since birth. I say "was French" as my mom passed away about 10 years ago.
As to other languages, I speak good French, some Spanish, some Vietnamese and I have been learning Russian (my wife's first language) for about a year. I am sure of my French as I lived in Paris for a year or so. As to my Russian, I will find it out when we come to Kiev! This summer I will try to speak myself there and let's see what I may say! Hahaha! It will be my next nightmare!
