feelings follow actions .if im feeling low.i deliberately act cheery. and i find my self actually feeling happier . if i'm feeling angry at someone. i do someone thoughtful for her and my feeling toward her often. this strategy is uncannily effective.

It is not about faking your feelings to get them . In order to feel good you should be positive and have a balanced emotional life . Take things as they really are without much exaggeration . By your words here you have stride on the road of self development and positivety , if you surf the Web you will be astonished to find an abundance materials about this topic :) :) :) thanks for sharing . I think I need to fake things to feel them sometimes as well
