Note that you don't need a comma between 'Even though' and 'the sky'. You should have used 'the same thing' instead of 'same thing'. You can use 'but' without 'nevertheless' and vice versa - you don't use both 'but' and 'nevertheless' at the same time. If you used 'though or although or even though', you shouldn't use 'but' and vice versa - you should choose one. You say '(only) time will tell'.
