Do you know about the 'Take home teddy'? A take home teddy is an activity that help children to extend their learning from School to their home. In most of the early years class rooms, they got a teddy (or a stuffed animal) with a lovely name and it got a backpack with books spare clothes and a note book to write journal. Each child get a chance to keep that teddy over night. Parents and children work together and they should keep a journal. The child should bring the journal with him/her and the teddy should come to School the next day. Some of the older children wrote, drew or painted about what they did with the teddy the previous day evening. Younger children can explain what they did, in the class circle time. Most of the parents take good effort to take photos with teddy in their living room, dinning room, garden, shopping and finally sleeping. Some parents even buy new clothes and shoes for the teddy. The children and parents work together to write a journal about what they did with the teddy bear. This activity encourage children to take responsibility and helped children in their language and literacy development.

Great! I enjoyed reading this.
Let's try to improve this sentence: 'Some of the older children write, draw or paint, what they did with the teddy the previous day evening.' Hints: You should have used the past tense: wrote, drew, painted - pay attention to the tenses when you're trying to write something. You should have used 'about' instead of a comma - you can say 'wrote about what they did'.
And, you should add a 'the' before 'children' in this sentence: 'The children and (the) parents...'
By the way, you usually say 'keep a journal' instead of 'make a journal'.
Keep it up!
