Required Qualifications:
- Master degree (TESOL, TEFL, or any related field).
- 2 years of teaching experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use technology in the classroom.
Typical work activities include:
• Teaching English;
• classroom management;
• planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups;
• preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises;
• marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work;
• devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources;
• organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, schools parties, dinners, excursions and pricing events appropriately;
• participating in marketing events for the school;
• freelance teaching on a one-to-one basis;
• running specialist courses for adults or business people, which may require knowledge of scientific, technical, or commercial terms;
• basic administration such as keeping student registers and attendance records for starters and leavers.
Compensation:
- Salary: Between 10, 691 – 12, 441 SAR per month for 12 months according to prior work experience. This monthly salary is the summation of the 4,080 SAR basic salary, plus 100% of your basic salary as an exceptional allowance, plus 15% of your basic salary as a life expenses allowance, plus a 500 SAR transportation allowance, and 1,416 SAR housing allowance and you will also be eligible for 350 SAR per month for each year of academic experience after last promotion. Any and all of your salary is completely free of any government taxes, such as federal, state, local, real estate, school and sales taxes.
- Extra Summer Salary: You will be eligible for an additional two months of summer salary, which would be 8,160 SAR per month, if you have research grants which can pay for this extra summer salary.
- Vacation: 60 days of paid vacation.
- Furniture Allowance: A one-time payment of 8,500 SAR.
- International Travel Allowance: Annual roundtrip air tickets for you and up to three dependents from home country to Tabuk.
- Moving Expenses: Air tickets for you and up to three dependents from to home country Tabuk.
