We all know our beloved earth has a serious issue. It faces global warming, pollution, earthquakes volcano outbursts and such.
Thanks god there is a planet doctor passing by the earth now and then looking for the health of the planets and help them out with good advice and ocassionally an injection.
the following is the talk bewteen the planet doctor (PD) and the earth:
PD: Hello earth
earth: hello PD
PD: how are you?
earth: I feel a bit blue, lately
PD: how come?
earth: I told you, I am a bit chronical with earth quakes and volcano outbursts
PD: yes but no need to worry about. It is your nature
earth: yes and I can handle it. What makes me a bit worried is that global warming and the pollution.
PD: any idea what it comes from?
earth: yep, I suspect an infection that I can´t get rid of. Hoped you had an injection for me.
PD: so tell me what virus you suspect.
earth: I suffer from homo sapiens
Ha, PD smiled: no worries. As with Dinosaurs that will be history quite soon.

But you are absolutely right in your thoughts. Nothing good is waiting for us in the future If people don't change their treatment toward the earth.
I can't understand WHY? Why people kill our planet day by day. It it like to demolish the own house and don't care of a shelter for the next night.

Hi Svitlana, it wasn´t my intention to spread despair on the blog readers. Though it may make people stop and think for a moment. It is for sure that mankind nowadays lives in a pretty comfortable situation. The distance to the sun is suitable, our solar system is pretty stable for, at least, a timespan we can hardly imagine. The earth is far from any threat by black holes. Hardly any asteroid or comet is going to cross earth´s way and scientists are thinking on otpions to prevent the earth from such an event. The next galaxy needs somewhat billion of years before scientists expect it to bump into our milkyway galaxy. All in all, pretty good preconditions for a successfull continuance and development of mankind, aren´t them?
On the other hand there are us, the homo sapiens, doing all the best to change life conditions. I mean we don´t have the power for huge changes in any cosmic issue. All the dimensions of the cosmos are too enormous as to have any influence by mankind. But what we can do, is to keep our environment save and healthy. Unfortunately us man have an abnormal ambition when it comes to our feeling for savety in the future. We are too pessimistic when it comes to trust. Particularly when it comes to economical secureness. Thus we do what we do. Ride our cars, buy food in plastic packs, burn fossile fuel, use unrulable sources for electrical energy production and finally attack and defeat each other by tossing hazardous equipment towards another. Just for the sake of different interpretions of prophet words or interpretion of events happened in a long ago past. For the sake of different believes. The ones believe in a god, the other believe in parts of holy books. There also are some that only trust in the healing power of stocks and gold........ and so on.
What comes to mind is: Why the heck isn´t mankind capable of consensus and compromise? We could spend more power on the continuance and development and safety of life conditions. And I think it is high time for that.
Zivi, your prediction is unhappy for humans. But for all my sorrow it can happen any time. No one knows what will wait for us in the future. Maybe our Earth will take the injection and get rid of all infections.

hello Paula. oops it was thought a joke. Usually, the talk is a bit shorter and there is not such a preom. But my attempt to decorate it with smartness imposing wordiness I probably spoiled the punch line :-(
