Hey, all friends!How about your physical condition?How do you care about your health and do some exercises?And what do you think the best exercise is?Recently, I made a decision which is fast-walking for one moth. I walk fast from A to B for 30mins and then by metro to my company for 30mins every morning.Actually, I can just go to work by metro for 35 mins, but i choose to walk for 30mins as doing exercise for health.As we all know, people are getting lazier and lazier when we are getting older and older, especially for the people working in the city.In total, hope we could realize that having good healthy body is the most important in our real life.There is a Chinese old saying, " Body is the capital of our revolution". Guys, have you every heard about this. Lol........................
Hi Linda, walking is beneficial to your health. I have been playing badminton for 3 years and I love this fun sport. I know many people like playing it, too. Some people even play every day. I'm not sure if it's suitable for someone my age to play so often - you know, playing badminton can be exhausting.
