Do you feel boring towards some movements?

We are driven by various connected motivations suppose to feel pleasure and avoid pain, input empowering believe. Most of us dedicate more energy to the latter than the earlier. Instead of being proactive, we react to things what in happen in our lives is not right, so the fight or flee would be minimize our pain.

 Instead of leaving a horrible job there we find love, we may stay and complain about it all the time, trying to minimize the pain of accepting the situation as real—and enduring until we change it. In the situation I sobbed, wailed, shake and shudder. And I wished I’d never chosen to feel them, but rather kept pushing them down, pretending everything was fine. Except when I did that, they didn’t just go away, they completed on top each other and built up until eventually i exploded, with no idea why i felt so bad.

You may think that was a sure sign i had emotional problems, and assume there was some pill to help numb that sadness…That’s what a lot of people thought. But the reality was a lot simpler: I simply never dealt with my feelings from events large and small, and eventually they dealt with me. As unpleasant as it may sound, I needed to learn how to feel good but first I needed to understand why i felt bad so often. It’s a whole lot easier to deal with pain when it’s not the non-attendance feeling….

 My mother & social environment & EC club taught me developing emotional stage, avoid negative feeling and assume everything in positive way. I fell more pleasant to stay with EC members. That’s why I stay more time with it and that’s not proving that I try to ignore my task. if i do so that end product reflecting in my life. So why i did or will do such things with my errands? As nowadays I get comments from my colleague that I make myself busy with EC club and ignoring my work. But not like that, I love my job as it brings my life happiness and give me a position to survive on the cruel world. I have some morals to show respect on it. When various type of questionable zinger surround me I get depressed & emotional to take step.

Do you feel sometimes the way I feel?

  • Yes sometimes I feel just like you. Then try to overcome those feelings  When I'm worried/bore go out  around to entertain. Listen to some good music or gossips with friends
    work on self improvement or just self enjoyment , that way you don't need others to make you happy.

  • We should be optimistic even when we are in such disappointing situations. Anyway, we need to keep living in this world.

  • Sometimes it's easier to feel comfortable in the circle of strangers because you know that they will not judge you, nor they will have a perceived view about you. That's why some people feel better to talk to psychiatrist rather than their own family members.
