When you make a mistake and make other people sad, hurt, feel insignificant and left in the vacuum of the heart then do not ever reluctant or hard to admit it. I don't ask them because it's vain to ask such people to apologize, I just show them I'm indifferent and igore everything they say, thet's it, if they are really humans they will soon apologize, if not, then they are animals :)

Thank you Lamegogo! It's very useful topic. The first important step is to understand that you did wrong somehow, the second is to give your apologies.
Also I agree with Deuce. Some people have a very large ego that prevents them for apologizing. It may even keep them from seeing that they were even wrong and prefer to place blame on everyone else.
I agree it is very important to apologize. Also, I find it hard to imagine that our Sweet Sandra has treated anyone so badly as she says. She is too sweet and kind to have treated someone too badly.
