For me, the biggest problem in people is our attitude. We acted, but our pocket is empty. The ability to overcome the cost of living remains unchanged but we’re still wasteful spending.
“Don’t buy the $500 bag and have nothing in it, but
buy a $50 bag and have $450 in it.
Don’t go broke trying to look rich”
-Tun Mahathir Mohamad
(Former Prime Minister Of Malaysia)
So, no wonder if anyone can act like rich person but in fact he was a pauper. For me, people will respect us if we hide our wealthy better than the poor who pretend rich.

Well, I like to say that some Malaysians, especially Malays, really live by the old adage 'Biar papa, asal bergaya' - 'live like the rich though poor'. But sometimes, some of these people have to have debts in order to live a bit comfortably, such as car debts and house debts.
Thanks guys for your valuable comments.
Dear Elf Noor. Totally agreed with you. But sometimes I made payment for expensive meals just to motivated myself and family as encouragement for me to work harder.
appearance should not matter..personality of person should matter...!!
thanks for sharing..
Most people do so. I witness it....And I really look down on rich people with debt in their finance. For me, having enough money without debt is rich. :))
dreaming and pretending (pump n show) is injurious to wealth
just like drinking and driving is risk to life
Dara Gino, "The sentence "Burn, kamu tahu apa?" in English translation mean "you are don't know?" or "you know nothing". So you just say, "Burn, tahukah kamu, kadang-kadang orang miskin tidak hendak kelihatan begitu dalam beberapa sebab". 'Burn, Do you know? Sometimes, the poor don't want to look poor in certain cases".
Kamu tidak salah guru saya. Burn, kamu tahu apa? Kedang kedang, miskin miskin orang tidak mau akan begitu. The poor do not want to look poor in certain cases.
Would you explain to me, which words is more suitable to refer " a person who is poor but acting like he is rich. Always talk or bought branded clothes or appearance like rich person but in fact he needs to settle his debt first." "Pauper", "destitute" or just use "poor"? I'm afraid the words "PAUPER" that I'm using in my article is not suitable.
Semoga kamu baik Burn Bakaq! Saya mau akan orang miskin. penampilan guru saya. Appearances Burn. What shall we do Burn?
them selves.
