In fact, the origin of life on the earth is a moot point even today! There are a several postulations in the world of science which use to define the issue based on different theories. According to one strong argument, life was originated as a result of numerous complicated natural processes occurred on the earth. In the meantime, another argument with a strong base says that life was originated somewhere in the universe and planted on the earth at a later stage. These two main thoughts agree that life is a product of complicated chemical and biological processes.

Scientists, for many years, conducted research in various approaches and proved that diverse living organisms share common features. Some living organisms are uni-cellular while others multi-cellular. All living organisms including uni-cellular and multi-cellular contain the same kind of basic components such as proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and so on. DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and RNA (ribonucleic acid) exist as genetic materials. DNA and RNA are common basic genetic materials for all (lower and higher living organisms) including plants, animals, bacteria, parasites and viruses. The chromosomes (DNA molecules) being available in the nucleus of a cell are formed of DNA. The RNA is normally found in viruses (supposed link between living and non-living) and hence, understanding of the behaviour of RNA is very important to combat with virus diseases.  It says in general no medication for virus diseases because of changeable nature of RNA-based viruses. The chromosomes number is species-specific or it is a constant for any species concerned, for example; 23 pairs of chromosomes for Homo sapiens (human), 24 pairs for Macaca multata (monkey).

DNA and RNA, each consists of only four different nucleotides, and it is wonderful that all nucleotides have a common structure. Nucleotides differ from each other due to the N-bases (nitrogenous bases); DNA contains four different types of N-bases such as: Adenine (A), Guanine (G), Thymine (T) and Cytosine(C) whereas RNA contains Uracil (U) instead of Thymine (T). All living organisms in the world are based on these components; one person differs from another person due to the N-bases attached to nucleotides and as a result we get different morphological features. Some people are white in colour, some are black and some are mixed-coloured. Some are tall; some are short and so forth.

Accordingly, it clears now that ALL HUMANS ARE SAME! No superior humans on the earth! OUR BASE IS SAME! So, our building block is DNA and RNA noting else! Nationality, race, caste, creed and so on are of no value. The whole life on the earth is based on these amazing components “DNA AND RNA”. DNA & RNA – the back bone of life on the earth!!!

Good Luck!
