confidence, through which a person can get everything, success is the
basic thing which can be achieved by confidence.. confidence is like you are believing on something.. believing make 70% possibility of success in a Task.. but then success has many factors such as hard-working, luck, believing (you can do)

but question is how does a person get confidence?? does this come into his/her nature from his parent, from environment, from friends..???

I think, confidence comes into a person from his family's love, respect, motivation in each work... a person's confidence level is directly proportional to love, respect and value which he/she get from his Family...Motivation he/she get in each work from his/her friend also make a role in confidence level of person.. for achieving success, confident is a necessary factor for a person...

Dear Elf Noor, indeed confidence is so essential in personal life as well as achivieng success in career. The environment which we grow up has a vital role in boosting our self-confidence. Sometimes being shy and an introvert person make our self-confidence low. Thanks for your nice topic.

@Noaslpls yes you are absolutely right one should be over-confidence it can ruin his/her success, the one should know the difference between confidence and over confidence..

@Dara Gino confidence is when you are assure that what you are talking is right, what you are going to do you will get achievement but achieve goal requires hard work with interest. think positive, never underestimate yourself.. you can do everything is confidence.. thanks for your comment.

But sometimes over confidence is the thing that can bring you down. So, need a delicate balance between confidence of things, and over confidence.

Itimad, nahi pata, kitna sal main deka rah za, lakin kiya karega? I tried to gain confidence by being calm, walking and talking slowly, spending more money for charity reasons. How can I do it Noor?

A bit correction based on my skill...

which can be achieved by confidence...............but then success has many factors such as hard-working................but question is "how does a person get confidence??" does this come into...............confidence comes into..............
