There are more than hundred of pieces of windmills, which are made up of the advertisement boards of being displayed on the streets, made by a person of age 80, Mr.Ke. He was a chef before retiring. Mr. Ke said he found many of the advertisement boards were displayedon many places like wire poles, handrails or even on the wall of the buildings that would be ugly for the sight of the city, moreover, they may pollute the environment as they are discarded. One day an idea flashed into his mind: why not recycle and make them to be eco-windmills? Since then, he spent about 3 years making those colorful windmills, which caught the attention of young children and adults when they went through his workplace. In additon, he would buy some perfumes or fruits to be a reward to encourage someone who can also clean the advertisement boards so as to tiny the streets.
