Hi all!!!

Do you ever wonder about your mind? What inside it looks like? Psychology is not my major but let me write about it a little in this blog. Just for fun and do not think too much. Human’s mind is something abstract, formless and cannot be explained by word. It’s something inside us, like another version of us who we talk with almost all the time. There are two actually, that help us in the term of decision making, thinking and feeling. Some people say we think by brain and feel by heart. I have my own perception that they are different each others, have different ability and doing different activity. Sometimes we think too much and abandon our feeling, sometimes the feeling is ruled us so we no more think straight. I can’t say one is bad and another is good, both are different things and when we can make a good use of them, we would have a better and peaceful life.

It is about mind I want to talk about but it’s not appropriate if I am not bringing out the thinking and feeling, though they are different, they are initially one because exist inside us who actually just one person. When we are in trouble and need to take a decision, which is part you asked first? Is that brain? Or heart? Some will answer heart without realize the first time they do is just panic and don’t know what to do, hehe.. just kidding! what can I say is, they who talk with their heart the most are those who rarely use their brain and vice versa. In order to release the best each of them we should put them at the same level. In other words, treat them in the same way. 

Mind is something abstract, but if I need to explain that in simple language, it looks like a room with a lot of doors, waiting to be opened, and when you are open a door, you will find another room with a lot of doors, no matter how hard you try, you just will find the same room after open a door, it’s endless. You can go back to previous room and open another door, the result will be same. But those doors are special, the keys are hard to find and a key can open only a door, imagine how many keys you need. Like it or not, you shall find a key to move to another room, it’s not a good idea to stuck in a room or just playing around.

A mature person, that’s how I call people who not only has opened many doors in his/her mind, but also can elaborate the thinking and feeling properly. As the parts of mind, brain and heart have a lot of doors too, but they need different keys. If knowledge enriches our brain’s content, affection increases heart’s sensibility. Experience and education would open a lot of doors, but life’s pain could open many doors at the same time in a short time. That’s why a mature person in young age usually has a bad past, they gain more life lesson than others can get.

At least, what I mentioned above is just my own opinion about mind, no more, no less. This way of thinking help me so much when I am in the middle of something I need to solve, that I am inside a room, looking for a key. When I am in a very big trouble, it gave me courage to know that the doors will be opened soon if I pull my brain and heart harder. It’s only you who can find the key and open it. Be friend with your own mind and still you need to act for real. Problem is not solved by thinking and feeling only.
