Correction tip: ..."if somebody just talks the talk..." We can say they are "all bark but no bite."

From your explanation which I understand that "Talk the talk means that you make verbal claims about your abilities. Walk the walk means that you can actually back up the claims with proof of your abilities. In other words, if somebody just talk and doesn't walk with their words then we can said that, "All barks but no bites".
Hi Asif! I am glad that you were exposed to something new that interested you! To "talk the talk and walk the walk" is when you do that you say you will do, or you are as good as you say you are!
As an example, do you know anyone who talks very highly of themselves? Do you know anyone who says they are really successful is doing something? Well, have you seen this person accomplish or do any of these things? This could be a situation that you say, "Okay so, you can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?" And this is basically saying, okay then "prove" that you can do these actions here...
I used this expression in my title, because with these new expressions, you all will be able to "talk the talk and walk the walk" with your new English expressions. You can say, "Yes! I speak English!" You will "walk the walk" by using some incredible useful idioms. Does that help Asif?
