It seems that people have trained their mindset to live alone within their own shells by simply forgetting/ignoring what is really going on in the outer world. A larger number of people across the planet believe that making money is the one and only activity assigned for them in this world, so from morning to midnight, they run fast behind money ignoring other issues in the world. In such a world, everyone is more or less isolated to some extent, and as a result, the risk around every person has been tremendously increased. If people are reluctant to talk about “the truth” in the world because of ignorance or on purpose, all of us will end up with an extremely catastrophic destination.
What is the meaning of being human? What is really happening in this world? What is the reason for the majority of people to be poor while a few to be rich? Why is it impossible to establish good primary healthcare system for every human being in this modern world? Why do people kill other fellow humans in the name of religion or nationality? Why do some people exploit the labor of other fellow humans with no mercy? Why? Why? Why? … Yes, it is clear that there are a number of issues in our world to think deeply as humans. But it is unfortunate for us that many people are living like the deaf and the blind.
Yes, we have to keep in mind that we all have got a responsibility cum a duty as humans to think rationally about our world, our species and other biotic and abiotic structures in the world. If you intensely analyze current affairs/events in the world, you could easily realize that people live under pressure or stress because everywhere in the world, you get worrying situations being absent of peace and harmony. Is this the world we all want to live? Is this the world we all expect? Is this the destination of humankind? Where to move this world?
Is there a space in your mind to think about these issues? Or do you want to live as a single person until your death? On one hand, we are facing increasing natural disasters and on the other hand the internal disputes based on civil wars and conflicts across the planet. How do we establish a stable world for the majority of humankind? How do we stop all destructive wars against humanity in the world for the benefit of humankind? How do we exploit natural resources for the benefit of total humanity with minimum impact on Mother Nature?
I really don’t know on how you think about these issues, but I’m million percent sure that the humanity is at a crossroad, so every member of the planet has a huge responsibility plus a duty at this critical juncture of the history to think deeply about our destination or our fate or the fate of our future generations or the fate of our planet. Absolutely right! Humans are socialized creatures, so we are unable to live alone or in isolation. However, in modern world, people think that it is possible to live alone without getting socialized. Many people are isolated in modern societies.
The answer is quite obvious; no, whatsoever. We are social creatures and we need to deal with people. Loneliness brings sorrow and shorten the life. We should try to strengthen our relationships with people around us.
