Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to ask whether I can buy three computer appliances from your shop recently and how I pay for the products if I could order them in your shop.
Recently, I bought a new computer and it needs another three extra electronics, a camera, a CD player and a sound card. I know your shop has had a great variety of electronic products since you opened it two years ago. If you have the three items, please tell me how to order them or I go to your shop in person. Another thing I want to know is what the price for the three products respectively. Last but not the least, Can you tell me how long it would be taken for me to getting these products.
I appreciate you very much and look forward to seeing your reply.
Yours faithfully!
Sam

You have written it for IELTS practice but it is a business letter. So far I know business letter need to be short and specific. If it is only business letter you can provide more details about your requirement. Thanks for sharing .

Hi, your letter is very precise. But for the IELTS test, you have to write 150 words within 20 minutes. sorry I forgot to write the purpose for this writing. Tks
Wo hui Huairen Zhang. I will do my best to help you. I also you help me to improve my poor Chinese. Thanks again.
Thanks, I should write the standards for reviewing the letters, because it is an IELTS test writing.
Hello Huairen Zhang,
If u are preparing for IELTS writing test then I would say practice as much as u can and most important please work out on your grammar. Always write a minimum 150 words. Please watch Jay videos on E2 English for writing task 1 and 2. It will help u a lot.
Good luck with the preparation. :)
Thanks a lot. I will check it. thanks for your best advice.
lol, snr, baji...you mean that the IELTS demands that the golden rule of writing business letter be broken??? I was taught that business letters should be as short and precise as possible, it is not a chinwagging session in a tea shop where one can yap claptrap at will, caramba!
The IELTS test letter is not the same as the business letter. But they both need correct grammar and full content. Thanks for your advice!
Oiiiii Ryyyssssss
:D No matter what kind of letter it is ya, IELTS wants us to be good at formal chinwagging in the form of writing reach the goal of completing 150 words.
