My eagerness, keen and enthusiasm for learning English is intense, extreme and drastic. The vast, huge and broad vocabulary of English language makes me bewildered, puzzled or confused. There are so many words meaning the same like delay, postpone and procrastinate; meanwhile we have some phrasal verbs which mean the same as those verbs like putt off.
I started learning English first as a hobby, pastime or recreation, but as time went by I fell in love with this beautiful, gorgeous and elegant language. I want to be an expert or buff in English, so I have a long way ahead. I am so determined, steadfast or persistent to achieve my goal.
Writing seemed so hard for me that I couldn’t dare or venture to give it a try or shot. One of my friends that I owe a debt of gratitude or thanks to him encouraged, persuaded or talked me into writing. So I started writing although I haven’t made so much progress, advance or headway but at least now I can write whatever comes to my mind much easier. I know that to get better I should read and write more.
