This month, i was just doing one thing many people will go throuth: finding a job.
Having posted many resumes to different company and have got some interview opportunities.
Now, the question whether small company or big company still bothers me.
As we all know, big company is in a good development envioriment. Large and standard office, well-trained colleagues, career development, famous brand and reputation, and so on. Seemed there are so many advantages in big company. One can get standard training courses to improve related ability. For there are many departments in big company, job responsibility is limited to one certain area. Knows one thing, only one thing. Maybe can't be used if left this company.
Otherwise small company, small office, serveral while friendly colleagues. There are not many training courses for you to take. I have to learn by myself. Maybe directly go to work after one week or within one week. In small company, it is easier to be a all-rounder. Knows everything instead of one thing.
This is a question to me. I want to learn many things to improve my overall ability. But I also do not want to change job year by year. Just want to stay in a company to learn this company then to learn this field.
But i failed to get which kinds of company can meet my requirement.
i'm seeking the meaning of working.
I am on the way. I have to believe whether big or small, both can teach me many thing.
Maybe the questions i should ask myself is Am i ready?

nidα thank you guys, i am practicing now.....waitting good news after hard working....
noaslpls thank you info,, i am working in small company right now, and want to learn as muc h as possible. Though many uncertain things occoured, i will take it easy.
thank you..
I've never worked in any company, so all I could say to you is GOOD LOOK!
Btw, I found noaslpls suggestion quite practical.
Some big company may only looks for "experienced" staff. Thus, a fresh graduate may find it difficult to compete with more experience competitors. Therefore, in this case, working with a small Company maybe the best "stepping stone" for a better and bigger Company. Try to learn as much as possible in the smaller Company and gain confidence before maybe trying to work in a bigger and reputable Company.
Anyway, Good Luck.
