Have you ever heard about or seen a serial with the above mentioned name? It is a show that reports about some true and fictional happenings. They provide with misterious stories of which you may make your own mind up which story to believe and which not. In the end of each sequence they provide the watcher with the truth.
Moderator for some years has been an actor named Jonathan Frakes - well known as Lt.Cmdr. William Ryker in the fiction serial star trek. Since he acted as a pretty reliable and honest vice comander of the starship Enterprise he has a credit as pretty serious person.
Well my point is: today a video again was shown in which a gun was supposed to shoot only bad people. The story was that a husband left his wife at home while he was on a journey. He provided her wife with a gun that already served his father and was supposed to shoot only burglars and such. Now, it came as it had to come, the man was out and in the night their mature studying son came home late at night. Having forgotten his house key the son managed to get into the house through the balcony door. Of course he made some noise so that the wife woke up and went scared along the stairway holding the rolver in both hands. having stepped down half of the stairway in the dark -she didn´t switch on the light- she saw a person just climbing the first step of the stairway. Since she didn´t see who it was and in her fear a burglar were coming up she operated the trigger several times but no bullit left the riffle. Thanks god none did as the person on the lower step turned out to be her son who switched on the light and both happily fell in each other´s arms and hugged. The woman dropped the riffle and it fell down the stairs. While falling down the stairs and spinning around the shots losened from the gun and guess what one of the bullit hit? Of course a burglar who got hit in the heart and died imediately. :-D rofl.
As usual you were asked to make your own mind about this story. And in the end reliable moderator Jonathan Frakes asked whether watchers would believe this story or not. hahahahaha. omg, and guess what, he confirmed the truth of this story. loooool I am rolling on the floor laughing. Who would believe such a nonsense?
As I see it it is just an advertising story by the NRA to promote their arm legality laws. What do you think?

In all robotic era of scientific fiction yes it is possible. If there can be a Flash, there can be intelligent gun.

LOL Paula, you are right. The NRA-theory is a conspiracy theory by me :-O. It´s just that I am always sceptical towards economical associations. Had we such an organisation here I´d suspect them, too. I might be 99% wrong but as we know: nothing is impossible.
Hi Olga. yep, miraculous things happen on ocasion, but as in the story shown the mother pushed the trigger 6 times targetting on her son and no bullit went off. Only after the riffle was dropped six shots gone off while the gun was revolving around and neither mother nor son but the burglar has been shot to death. LOL, to me it is a bit too much of incident. On this hit rate the burglar should have played the lottery rather than take the risk to get shot down. rofl

Oh I meant to say to Onee......accidentally dropped guns have gone off........so it can happen. Guns are a huge responsibility......and unfortunately people today are not mature enough to handle them wisely. That is obvious.
LOL What a crock......how can any self respecting person believe such a thing.......I have to disagree with you on the NRA statement Ziv....even they would not back that type of story surely!!! If they did......I guess everyone would be rethinking the credibility of that association!!! More than already do that is. But thanks for sharing.......it was funny.

I know that show and I liked to watch it. I don't know what happened with it, but I haven't seen it for a long time.
I enjoyed reading this story. And this is my opinion: For 99% I think it is a false story. Because it is even hard to imagine. I mean such a weird line of the coincidences. And that 1% is just because theoretically everything is possible :)
