    I forgot to tell that I tasted tofu and it's really good and healthy. However, as you said, the odour is not so good, which is not very important. It is the source of proteins.

    Really? When will you visit Korea? One of my co-workers just came back from there. She said skiing is really funm, only their food is not fitted to her appetite.

    Not right, if you want to try something new here but not really healthy, there are a host of foods you can choose. Just prepare well your stomach then come here to challenge our dishes. ^_^

    E.S.: I'm glad to have your comment here. Some friends see it a bizarre food because they never have it in their countries. I believe there are also having many stinky tofu's stands in H.K.

    Sweet sandra, please find the above video to see what they said after they tasted that tofu.

    If there is machine that could record the smell, I'd definately post it here to share with you all. :)
