Hi, MARY.
That is a stone with a sculpture of Friedhelm von Cottbus with his wife. On the coat of arms crest, in the shield and breastplate, you can see a cray.
Cottbus is the city I live in.
The cray is a landmark of my city, and it's also part of our coat of arms.
Friedhelm von Cottbus was 1152 castle administrator of Cottbus and had the rule over the city.
By the way, that amazing weather on the pic is right now here in my region.
