hello bet, it is just a composition of a proverb and a term.
proverb: you better not throw stones sitting in a glasshouse. It is meant metaphorical, of course, reminding people not to blame others while obviously could be blamed themselves.
term: to be in the doghouse: it is a term for someone having fallen in disgrace.
lol, to put the composition in a nuteshell: If you put a blame on someone else while you yourself are guilty on that issue, too you probably fell in disgrace of others.
I like proverbs a lot as they always contains so much of truth.

lol Rose nah, definitely not ladylike.
thank you for dropping it.
Hahaha, Zivi, you changed an old proverb...but...not bad!
How about this one:
Sitting in a glass house is like to be in a cage in a zoo,
if you throw with s..t, watch out, it comes back to you.
(Hahaha, this time it isn't ladylike, is it?)
