Sohrab Sepehri is one of the poet in my country .He was painter also.he had his fashion for his poems ,he always use of simple words and full of emotion most of the time ,he went to the village and for telling his poets .

He was eager to the east cultures and had travel to the countries like INDIA ,Afghanistan ,China ,Japan and we can see the refection of this countries cultures in his poems.

I leave here 2 poem of him , one of them is my try for translation in English and i picked up the translation of another one from a site ..I hope you enjoy his poems :)"

Water

Let's not muddy the water:

Somewhere downstream, a pigeon may be drinking,

Or in a distant wood a goldfinch may be washing her feathers. 

Or in a village, a jar may be falling.

Let's not muddy the water:

perhaps the current passes by a poplar,

Washing  sorrow from some lonely heart.

Perhaps a dervish has dipped his dry bread in it.

A beautiful woman walks to the river bank.

Let's not muddy the water:

Beauty's face is reflected twofold.

How sweet the water!

How limpid the river!

The people upstream, they are so serene!

May their springs never dry!

May their cows gush milk forever!

I have not seen their village.

Beside their wattles,there's no doubt the footprint of God.

There,the moon bathes in light the expanse of Word.

In the village upstream, the mud walls are no doubt kept low.

The villagers know the red poppy, when it blooms.

There, blue is a true blue, no doubt.

When a flower opens, it's new.

Oh what a village!

May it alleyways be forever filled with music!

The people upstream appreciate the water.

They have not muddied it.

Let's also keep the water clear.

 i do not believe to the Earth Population 

if the earth is full of population 

then why all people feel so lonely in their heart 

they are telling baseless which no body is  alone .

people are all around,but they feel lonely .

i do not believe it!!!!!!
