yeaa noaa global safety rank is confusing to me also cuz i just collected the data which states its global safety rank-i think its about the ranking according to financial ,Job,Life, enviornment,crime rate (Overall)andmaybe even considering cities around the globe but , among the asia(pacafic)the ranks i have given its for safety to women on basis of personal safety,night safety,cases on womens & not on global safety rank. :) i hope i am now clear thanks for your comment :)
I don't understand the rank. What is it based on? Personal safety? Night safety? Crime cases? Or Global Safety Rank? Because, honestly, I can't see the co-relation between those four categories and the rank that you had put up.
